We’re going on a journey; we’re performing a ritual. We want to live in a big here, and a long now; we want to let things take the time that they take.
We are beginning to understand that we can’t do that alone.
9 Billion Miles From Home is a modern day ritual to be performed by a man and a woman. Tied together through a simple pulley system, neither can move nor perform an action without the consent and co-operation of the other. The drawing of perfect circles is attempted. Journeys are embarked upon, completed and recounted.
