A redundant angel with a stack of undelivered messages seeks solace at Angel Club (North).
Drawing on recent media infatuation with the societal need for fraternity and on the proliferation of associated 'reality' television productions, the performance takes a sideways glance at the 21st century, technology assisted, compulsion to subscribe, examining the drive to seek semblances of value from progressively anonymous lives.
Sensual, evocative and overtly courting nostalgia and sentimentality it is an interdisciplinary work in process that utilises digital video projection, sound, performance and the crudest forms of audio playback.
