Why do mums usually disappear when the lights dim and the curtains open? Fake tans, fake films, fake tears. If you are going to kill your mum, how would you do it and why? Slippers or stilettos? Meat or two veg? Sink or swim? In a hastily staged, insincere, yet absolutely authentic performance, 

The Special Guests, Nina Wyllie and Lucy Gibbs, borrow from cliché-ridden scenarios. Adopting the language of liars, two misfits in shoddy ball gowns push their reluctant mothers into the limelight.
