"sound, light and shadows sculpt space"

A young woman inhabits and interacts with the architecture of The Arches as sound, light and shadows sculpt space in a site-specific installation that explores the presence of space and the subtleties of human behaviour. 

A location within The Arches is projected back on to itself, making an illusion of reality. The audience observes the space constantly changing, feeling a tangible live presence, yet, in fact, there is only pre-recorded digital image and sound. 

Rosie graduated with a first class degree from the BA Hons Visual Performance (Dance), Brighton University. Anon was awarded first prize by Burt Brill and Cardens Student Award 2002. Supported by Southern and South East Arts
