The Festival presents a mix of specially commissioned performances and premieres by invited international artists.

Four companies are in residence: Forkbeard Fantasy (England), Goat Island (USA), Helen Herbertson and Ben Cobham (Australia) and Sara Pearson & Patrik Widrig (USA). In addition to public performances and installations, they are working with local artists and students in the first new territories Winter School.

new territories also includes The National Review of Live Art
(19-23 February), the longest-running festival of live art in Europe.
