rewind is created by Angelika Oei and the sculptor Rene Verouden. Their collaboration began in 1988 and has led to large-scale scenography for dance performances and video and theatre installations including Tomi (1999) Phiomela (2000) and Vienna (2001/02). Angelika Oei has created more than 30 dance and theatre performances since 1983 including Oidan Skroeba (1987), Kepler's Kamer (1993) and Tomi (1997/99). She has also made dance films with Clara van Gool including Courzand (1993) and the internationally awarded Bitings and other effects... (1995). Angelika and Rene are artists in residence during the NRLA. |
