Visceral and uncompromising in its imagery and energy, Scan consolidates Rosemary Butcher’s reputation as an artist with an extraordinary integrity and originality of vision.  It integrates movement, film, light and sound in order to make visible that which ordinarily lies hidden and inaccessible within the individual and engages the audience in a gradually unfolding and surprising exploration of the body’s inner life and exterior physicality.
