Filmed in a Norwegian forest, the video describes a physical meeting between body and space, between interior and exterior landscapes. Nature comes alive as much as its human counterpart. The viewer is taken on a dreamlike journey of inexplicable, psychologically charged movements and images, underlined by Harold Nono’s enticing soundtrack.
Agnes Nedregard works in live performance and performance for video. After finishing her Master in Fine Art at Glasgow School of Art in 2005, she has been working as a freelance curator and performance teacher besides developing and showing her live performance work and videos internationally. She has participated in art shows, festivals, and screenings in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bergen, Copenhagen, Budapest, New York, St Petersburg, and Lisbon, among other places. She is continually forming new collaborations, most recently with Harold Nono, composer and musician from Edinburgh.
